Plantation House is a fabulous waterfront property available for rent. With its own 360 foot frontage to the Solent including a small private harbour area, it is set in secluded wooded grounds at the eastern edge of the historic town of Yarmouth.
Yarmouth, with its attractive harbour, popular with yachtsmen, together with many excellent pubs and restaurants serving local seafood, is a pleasant 15 minute coastal walk from Plantation House (or if you prefer to stay in, lobster and crab and line caught bass is available by home delivery!)
Nearby to the west are the Needles and some of the most dramatic cliff walks in England (the Tennyson Trail). To the east of Plantation House is Newtown Creek, a National Trust preserved medieval village and wetland bird reserve.
Yarmouth has regular car ferry connections from Lymington, leaving every half hour, and the journey takes 30 minutes.
